Terms of Service
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Geyed, a product of Helitz Digital Ltd. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Geyed. If you are using Geyed on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each login is intended for a single person. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
Free trial
Geyed offers a 14-day free trial on the Starter and Pro plans. A valid credit card is required to start a trial. You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. We may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time without notice.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan.
We may change plan pricing at any time with at least 30 days written notice. If you are on an existing subscription, your current price will be honoured until the next renewal date after the notice period ends.
Lifetime deals
A lifetime deal is a one-time payment that grants access to the Pro tier of Geyed. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Geyed product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
The features included in a lifetime deal are those available in the Pro tier at the time of purchase. Future features added to the Pro tier are not guaranteed to be included. Lifetime deals are subject to fair-use limits consistent with the Pro plan.
We reserve the right to discontinue lifetime deals for new customers at any time. If Geyed is permanently discontinued, the lifetime deal obligation ends.
No refunds
All charges are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the current billing period. Lifetime deals are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless longer retention is required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Use Geyed to violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Exceed the fair-use limits of your plan
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
Helitz Digital Ltd owns the Geyed service, brand, and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
Data and privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the end-user data that passes through the Geyed SDK embedded in your applications.
Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Helitz Digital Ltd arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For lifetime deal customers, liability is capped at the lifetime deal purchase price.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice where practical. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual property, Limitation of liability, Governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
